Vision Walk 2020 | Hosted by Fighting Blindness

Join us in sunny Marbella this October for the Vision Walk 2020.

A quarter of a million Irish people live with blindness or visual impairment, yet 75-80% of blindness is preventable.

Vision Walk is a four day walking festival taking place from Thursday 8 October until Sunday 11 October in Marbella, Spain.

We’ll be joining 4000 other walkers and sun seekers as part of the Marbella 4 Days Walking Festival. We want you to take part and raise vital funds for finding a cure for blindness.

Walking starts at 9.30am every morning and you can cover anything from 10 to 30 kilometres per day along spectacular walking routes taking in coast and countryside views.

The festival has a big social aspect. There’s an opening party on the first day and a celebratory meal on the last. Live music is on offer every evening and restaurants in the historic city centre of Marbella offer daily deals for participants. It’s one big party and you’re sure to make friends for life.

We ask each participant to raise €1500. This covers your flights, 5 nights accommodation in a 4 star hotel, the celebratory meal on the last night and a donation to our research. There is a non-refundable deposit of €100 when you sign up for the Vision Walk.
